Hello,
The US and UK divisions of IVAO are proud to present another collaborative event, like no other before! On the night of the 22nd November 2008, you, as a pilot, will have another chance to cross the pond, except this time, hopping Eastbound and flying overnight! Full ATC will be provided from the departure from Washington (KIAD) to the arrival in London Heathrow (EGLL) the following morning, including full oceanic control, to simulate what happens in real life, every night.
The departure window from Washington is 2230z -> 0000Z pilots can expect full ATC at Washington during this period. The approximate flight time to Heathrow is 8hrs which means that at the latest, you will arrive into London at 0630-0700z (assuming you depart within the departure window).
For further details, please visit the Event Webpage
Grab a real life flight plan that will be used by pilots on the same night, and enjoy flying as real as it gets!
This is definitely not an event to be missed - see you there!
